Katie offers 15 years of progressive
compensation experience having worked in various industries, including
high-tech, loyalty marketing, biopharmaceuticals and logistics solutions.
She also spent seven years in governmental consulting, working for
cities, counties, public safety/law enforcement and state agencies
in the United States. Her recent experience also includes implementing
classification and pay plans for the US, Canadian, Latin American
and Eastern & Western European locations of a large corporation.

Katie has developed
numerous classification & compensation plans and incentive &
recognition programs. Throughout her career she has used many classification,
pay development and HR management systems including: Hay grading,
Mercer's International Position Evaluation (IPE), Role Classification
System (RCS), the Archer matrix-point-factor system, ADP, SAP, iVantage
and PeopleSoft. Her experience includes the conducting of custom
surveys for salary, pay practices and benefits comparisons. |

She holds a Bachelors degree in International Business and was
certified in 2002 as a Senior Professional in Human Resources
by the Society of Human Resources Management. Katie is pursuing
her Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation through
World at Work. She also serves on the Board of the South Florida
Compensation and Benefits Association.

She is certified to teach college classes in the field of education

and pay information to students to aid in their college programs selection. |

handbooks and job descriptions. Ms. Bunch has also coordinated management-level
recruitment projects, including the development of screening questionnaires
and the recommendation of top candidates. |

Jeannine Rizzo is the CEO and
President of The Inside Edge. She is a specialist in creating momentum
and empowerment within teams by aligning business strategy with
team performance. Ms. Rizzo works with HRCC clients by designing,
developing and delivering workshops for performance management and
leadership development. |

Ms. Rizzo holds a Bachelors Degree
in Business Management and a Masters Degree in Psychology from New
York Institute of Technology and began
her career in the Financial Industry. After
spending almost five |
years with Dale Carnegie,
she worked closely with Bob Proctor (from the hit DVD, the Secret),
becoming a certified LifeSuccess Facilitator and a Certified Corporate
Speaker through the Gove-Siebold Group. |

Lauren Vitali is an independent
consultant, offering eight years of progressive generalized HR and
corporate training experience, curriculum development, and instructional
experience having worked in various industries, including academics
and luxury hospitality. Ms. Vitali works with HRCC clients on various
projects ranging from the development of training manuals to a process
flow review for exiting employees. |

Ms. Vitali holds
a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Education
and is currently pursuing her Master’s

Degree. Ms. Vitali’s
HR experience includes delivery of new employee development programs
and the creation of self-assessment tools for Trainers, the oversight
of performance management, development of on-boarding protocols
for new employees and providing organization development solutions.
Additionally she supported the HR department in other functional
areas including employee relations, benefits administration, recruitment
and employee recognition. Ms. Vitali was integral in the successful
reorganization and implementation of a corporate Brand Standards
