HR Compensation Consultants was formed in 2003 to offer Human Resource and Compensation consulting to a variety of organizations, including global companies, non-profits, government agencies, small businesses, and entrepreneurial firms.

Our Founders
Katie Busch (GRP, SHRM-SCP)
Katie offers over 25 years of progressive compensation experience having worked in various industries, including high-tech, loyalty marketing, bio-pharmaceuticals and logistics solutions. She also spent seven years in governmental consulting, working for cities, counties, public safety/law enforcement and state agencies in the United States. Her experience includes implementing classification and pay plans for the US, Canada, Latin American and European locations of large corporations.
Katie has developed numerous classification and compensation plans and incentive and recognition programs. Throughout her career she has used many classification and pay development systems including: Hay grading, Mercer's International Position Evaluation (IPE), Role Classification System (RCS), and the Archer matrix-point-factor system. Her experience includes the conduct of custom surveys for salary, pay practices and benefits comparisons. She holds a bachelor’s degree in international business from Florida Atlantic University. She earned both the Global Remuneration Professional (GRP) and SHRM-SCP certifications. Katie was a board member for the South Florida Compensation and Benefits Association (SFCB) since 2007 and served as their President in 2011 and 2012. She also maintains membership with the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM), the International Public Management Association for Human Resources (IPMA-HR) and WorldatWork. Katie has and continues to serve as a Board Member for the HabCenter of Boca Raton since 2006. |
Jason Busch (MCP)
Over the past 25 years, Jason has been involved in helping companies and end users get the most from technology services. Through his many years of expertise in directing the evolution of technical and non-technical solutions, from concept through implementation, he has assisted corporate and retail clients large and small in devising, installing, training, and effectively utilizing various applications and technological systems to maximize their business model.
Jason understands development, integration and network fundamentals and techniques and offers a combination of strong analysis, planning, organization and consensus-building abilities along with effective problem resolution, negotiation and relationship-management skills to competently lead projects to successful conclusions. He holds a bachelor’s degree in international relations and business administration from Boston University. His technical qualifications include the setup, implementation and administration of a variety of applications related to compensation data, data security, credit/gift card processing, restaurant/retail inventory, personnel management, sales transactions, and report writing. Jason has and continues to serve as a Board Member for the YMCA of South Palm Beach County since 2011. |

Diana Spielman (Lead Data Analyst)
As an associate of HRCC, Diana Spielman offers years of experience in analyzing data, preparing detailed reports while managing complex internal and external data analyses. Prior to her role as a Data Analyst, Diana was an accomplished sales and marketing professional who specialized in planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertising, merchandising, and trade promotion programs. She earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Florida.

Lauren Vitali (Job Description Reviewer)
As an associate of HRCC, Lauren Vitali works on job and pay framework projects performing job analysis and market pricing, writing job descriptions and creating training guides. She has over 15 years of professional experience in both the non-profit and private sectors. For the past ten years, she has served as a change agent with a focus on organization and employee development. She holds a bachelor’s degree in education and human development from Boston College and a master’s degree in organizational psychology from William James College.
